1. How long does shipping take?
All of our products are custom-made when you order. Standard processing and production usually takes 3–7 business days, and shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping times vary depending on the destination, but typically take 7–20 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
3. Are your products true to size?
Most of our apparel runs true to size. For an oversized fit, we recommend ordering one size up. Check the size chart on each product page for exact measurements before placing your order.
4. Can I return or exchange my order?
Since each item is custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error with your order. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
5. What if I ordered the wrong size or color?
Because products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for size or color mistakes. Please double-check your cart and the size chart before completing your order.
6. How should I care for my Thrive Gym Essentials clothing?
For the best results and longest life of your gear:
Machine wash cold with like colors
Turn inside out before washing
Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat
Do not iron directly on the print
7. Where are Thrive Gym Essentials products made?
All of our apparel is printed and finished in the USA using Apliiq’s production facilities.
8. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
We start production quickly, so orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After that, the item is already in production and cannot be canceled.
